Ensure technical coordination | support | production processes in the Lab are in line with group standards and optimized in order to reach:
- the industrial performance targets (yield, consumables consumption, quality and service targets)
- the product performance specifications

- 5-10 years work experience within production, engineering or R&D ideally in Rx manufacturing with the accountability of and responsibility for processes and equipment and product quality
- Project management skills | in-depth problem solving and analytical skills
- IT Systems | calculations
- Optical industry knowledge
- Contribute to the technical pilots in the lab (new technology, new products)
- Oversea the process improvements implementation process by working closely with managers, team leaders and employees. Training of staff on processes, best practice and technical standards
