RPO Recruitment is currently seeking a talented and experienced Process Engineer to join our client's team in PE. Our client, a leading manufacturing company, is committed to delivering high-quality products while ensuring efficiency and productivity in their operations. Responsibilities Design, develop, and implement efficient manufacturing processes. Analyze data and conduct tests to identify areas for improvement and optimization. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve production issues. Participate in the evaluation and selection of new equipment and technologies. Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards. Create and update standard operating procedures and work instructions. Train and mentor production personnel on process improvements and best practices. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to implement innovative solutions. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering. Prior experience as a Process Engineer in the manufacturing industry. Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, technologies, and equipment. Proficiency in process optimization and improvement techniques. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of safety, environmental, and regulatory standards. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure. Experience with process simulation software is a plus.
