Opportunity Available Our leading client in the Automotive Sector is looking to employ a Process Engineering Manager to join their dynamic team in Rosslyn. Key Performance Areas: Improvement and sustainability of processes Ensure process compliance to Quality System Knowledge required: Quality systems and concepts Manufacturing processes (stampings and assemblies) Customer Requirements and methodology Understanding of a measuring report (robotic assembly of steel and aluminium automotive components) FMEA, SPC, MSA, Control plans and Six Sigma Green Belt Robotics - ABB, KUKA PLC Metrology Process Statistical Process Control Scrap Management Skills Required: Communication & Interpersonal skills Laser welding/brazing Planning and organising Hemming process Problem solving Aluminium and steel manufacturing process Analysis of data Root cause analysis Decision making Capability studies Customer relationship skills Computer skills: MS Projects & MS Excel Minimum Requirements: NQF Level 5 National Diploma in Engineering National TQM Certificate Qualified Toolmaker/Millwright will be an advantage Practical Job-related experience requirements: Minimum 5 years of quality experience within the automotive environment. Minimum 5 years manufacturing experience within the automotive environment Minimum 2 years tool making / Millwright experience Minimum 5 years exposure to S.P.C/F.M.K. Minimum 3 years management experience of an automotive engineering department
