Skills:
- Identify process improvement areas within Medihelp to execute the strategy
- Develop cost reduction frameworks
- Evaluate processes in terms of industry best practises and identify areas of improvement
- Gather and analyse information from a variety of sources to inform business process mapping and documentation
- Identify process and system automation opportunities using BPM software
- Manage process improvement requirements and ensure that business needs and decisions are stored
- Translate business analysts and business units discussions into process maps and procedures
- Facilitate Kaizen sessions with business and team members
- Investigate system and process impacts and integration
- Identify and map process and system current and to be processes
- Liaise with development departments to ensure process changes are identified and addressed
- Provide day to day support to the business unit and team members
- Administer and maintain SOPs and a process repository
Job Duties:
The post aims to identify, implement, and monitor process environment changes to reduce lead-time, improve quality, reduce risk. and improve process and system efficiency. The incumbent must translate business analysts and business units discussions into process maps and procedures
Required Qualifications:
An advanced diploma in Industrial Engineering or a certificate in Business or Process Analysis
Experience:
Three to five years experience of business process analysis. or
Five to ten years expereince of systems and processes used in the medical aid or insurance industry
Knowledge and Skills:
Extensive knowledge of process improvement methodologies, strong analytical skills, ability to work collaboratively with different teams, excellent communication skills, proficiency in BPM software, and experience in facilitating Kaizen sessions
Microsoft Visio, word, excell, outlook
Familiar with ERP systems
Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma
Working Conditions:
Normal office working conditions, occasional travel may be required
