Look no further We're seeking a talented Processor to join a dynamic team and play a pivotal role in revolutionizing the manufacturing processes. Our client is looking to employ a Processor based in Philippi. RESPONSIBILITIES Technical Identify, report and rectify all technical areas of concern on assigned production equipment Fault analysis and problem solving Maintenance Independently develop maintenance plans and check lists Ensure maintenance is done at required intervals according to the plans Spares Identify spares needed for assigned equipment Machine Setting Independently develop machine settings Set and check that machines are correctly set for each run Document settings and setting adjustments centrally Management Liaise with Maintenance Manager & Production Manager (in charge) to ensure machine availability vs. major maintenance intervals Have an overview what needs to be done and report to Maintenance Manager & Production Manager Ensure sound relationships and communication with internal work-related staff Administration Log jobs performed Analyze Defect Register together with Maintenance Manager & Production Manager to improve production result Health & Safety Ensure and enforce that aspects in area of responsibility conform to Health and safety requirements. Maintain housekeeping standards in area of responsibility Work safely and report on safety hazards or issues Quality Apply the company's quality principles and standards Maintain Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Food Safety System Certification (FSSC) Food safety standards are site specific and at these sites employees should: General Perform additional tasks as required from time to time. Ensure team knows what to do and where to find information if you are not available. REQUIREMENTS Matric is a must Bachelor's Degree / Advanced Diploma in Mechanical Engineering Manufacturing / Plastics Experience 5 years' relevant setting experience
