Procure to Pay Manager - Cape Town City Centre


Create, review, and implement Procure to Pay policies, ensuring compliance and best practices
Support executives throughout tendering and procurement processes, ensuring adherence to legislation and company policies
Manage supplier vetting and BBBEE compliance, overseeing accreditation processes
Maintain accurate supplier reconciliations and implement efficient payment processes
Lead stakeholder management, including onboarding new suppliers and negotiating contracts
Oversee internal store purchasing and strategic sourcing efforts
Prepare and present procurement reports to internal stakeholders and committees
Evaluate risks and make recommendations for improvement

Skills & Experience:
Minimum 5+ years of experience in procurement
Minimum 3+ years of experience as a manager

Qualification:
BCom Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or related Degree
Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply (CIPS)
