Seeking an experienced administrator with 5 years' minimum experience with the ability to manage and execute all procurement functions. The procurement function will entail sourcing both locally and globally therefore a skillset of both is critcal. Purchasing function, placing purchase orders with suppliers and internal purchasing processes, internal filing and document control management. Sourcing of suppliers and material to support the procurement function. Quality control managemnet Sourcing and presenting new product ranges and ideas to management to increase sales and diversify the organisation and its product / service offerings Ability to compare and source three or more quotations prior to any items being procured. Strong negotiation skills surrounding pricing and delivery lead times with supliers. Preparing budgets, cost analysis and reports. Reviewing, comparing and analysing approved products and services to be purchased. Maintaining accurate purchasing and pricing records. Key Accounts management of suppliers and customers. Bachelours degree or Supply Chain Managemnet degree / diploma. a Minimum of 5 year's experience. Maintaining and executing stock control, purchasing anf recieving functoions in the power, water, oil & gas, or engineering industries. Sourcing of product / service and suppliers of overhead line hardware, electrical accesories and components, oil & gas components, valves and pumps both locally and internationally. Exposure to sourcing for both local and global supply of product and services. Microsoft proficiency with focus on Excel. Exposure to forex and hedging Market Related
