Effectively procure Elephant Lifting Equipment stock and buyouts from International and Local Suppliers Manage NetStock parameters Stock/Procurement Forecasting Manage Supplier performance Maintain and Improve procurement policy and processes Forecast incoming shipments to assist finance with Cash-Flow Analyse and Manage import Freight cost Arrange stock return with suppliers Sourcing from and engaging with international and local suppliers Negotiating with suppliers to secure advantageous terms Review existing / implement new SLA's with suppliers to ensure reliable supply Secure best pricing, quality and availability NetStock parameter maintenance Forecast levels of demand for goods on NetStock Processing of all local and international orders Prepare weekly cashflow forecasts regarding incoming shipments Manage inbound logistics for procured goods as per set incoterms Assist with landed cost information where required Manage Branch Stock modules and availability on NetStock Comply with all ISO requirements
