You're an experienced Fund Accountant with strong accounting skills accompanied by a passion for investment administration and client service. What you'll be doing (and why you'll enjoy it) In this role, you'll be overseeing daily banking processes, ensuring accurate fund pricing, and managing comprehensive financial reporting for Retirement and Life products. Your role will involve handling tax compliance, including FATCA and CRS reporting and preparing for annual audits. You'll be based in professional offices in Claremont with the option to work hybrid. What you'll need To excel in this role, you need to have a minimum of 2 years' experience gained in fund accounting and you need a completed BCom in Accounting or equivalent. Your expertise in tax laws related to Unit Trusts, Retirement, Life, and LISP products, along with proficiency in software such as CaseWare and advanced Excel skills, is highly advantageous. You need to have a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, goal orientated, show initiative and have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
