Product Development Consultant - North Johannesburg

The successful candidate will be responsible for the rolling out of projects across the business and will support the day to day operations of the organization as required and will be required to work closely with the members of the global operations, sales, software development and support teams. Key responsibilities Requirements Gathering: Quickly gain understanding of a business environment Eliciting requirements via engagement with business / stakeholders Organising requirements elicited Translating business needs into technical / functional requirements Simplification of requirements Cost / Benefit analysis Insight to improve business processes Business Process understanding Implementation / Management: Planning and monitoring implementations Communication: Requirements management and communication Written & verbal communication skills (succinct, accurate communications) Ability to adapt messaging based on audience Requirements A degree or diploma in the areas of business, engineering, investments, administration, informatics, computer science, statistics or other sciences would be considered. Prior Management Consultant experience may be beneficial to this role A comprehensive understanding of the independent financial advisory environment would be an advantage Excellent problem- solving skills A systems thinker – at both a granular and ecosystem level Ability to “translate” between business and IT Creative thinker Attention to detail whilst being pragmatic and able to deliver at speed Strong intellect with a high level of commercial and financial acumen A reputation for integrity and the ability to build trust and openness in those they deal with The ability to work in a smaller, entrepreneurial team Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Be comfortable working with technology, and a good IT knowledge Pro-active and take responsibility for acquiring skills and learning the role Comfortable to assume increasing levels of responsibility Additional Information: Preference will be given to EE candidates Applicants to contact Tracking Talent with CV and relevant certification
