Salt My client is a leading ticketing platform and they are looking for a dynamic Product Manager who can keep the Engineering team on track while leading product strategy and innovation (Best to keep up with the market trends) Requirements:Develop and maintain a roadmap accessible to Exco, outlining project timelines and deliverables.Conduct regular meetings with HODs to gather product-related requirements and feedback.Coordinate with the Engineering team through daily/weekly check-ins to ensure progress aligns with timelines.Provide stakeholders with regular updates on project progress and roadmap changes.Conduct ongoing research on ticketing technology trends in South Africa and globally.Conduct user surveys and collaborate with Customer Success to identify product needs.Analyze platform analytics to understand user behavior trends and make data-driven suggestions.Create detailed specifications for engineering, facilitating the translation into technical specifications.Manage the product backlog, communicating goals to the Engineering team and addressing blockers.Collaborate with Communications Manager/Engineering to drive internal and external documentation efforts.Experience and Education:6-8 years' experience leading customer-facing product management in e-commerce/saas.Proficiency in analytics products such as GA, Mixpanel.Background in software development preferred.If you think you check off these boxes, apply now If you have not received a response within 30 days, please consider that your application was not successful.
