Product Manager - Centurion
- The successful candidate will need Business qualifications if they have a background in IT. Banking & Finance experience is also helpful. They should be comfortable with ambiguity & be able to use their initiative and independent thought to make visible from a detailed to a high level, processes that have hitherto not been understood end to end.
- Their Word, Excel, MS Project, Visio and PowerPoint skills should be good. It is key to document all that they do and to save the documents on SharePoint and the Project Management tool, Fluid.
- They should be able to summarise data from disparate sources and present it in such a way that aids decision-making & highlights the expected changes qualitatively and quantitatively. They will need to be able to drive discussions & workshops with senior stakeholders. They should be able to compare divisions & processes to highlight differences & issues for executives. Representing summarised & simplified processes at a high level for hand over to architects is also required.
