We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Product Manager to join our lending product team.

In this role, you will work closely with the Head of Lending Propositions to assist in the development, management, and optimization of lending products and services.

Qualification and Experience:

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
3 years of experience in product management, fintech, banking, or related industries not negotiable
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Detail-oriented with a passion for delivering high-quality products and services to customers.
Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and product management tools are a plus.
