The CBC Product Manager will be responsible for management, enhancement and growth of the Perks product. This includes monitoring, analysis and reporting on the Perks product as well as improving the performance of the Perks product. Delivery of product implementation and changes Lead product innovation Tracking of product performance & implementation of tactical initiatives to drive performance. Life cycle management for products Tracking of product performance & implementation of tactical initiatives to drive performance. Responsible for monthly and quarterly performance reporting Provide insights to drive marketing & product usage campaigns and the product and partner strategy. Track performance of all sales and marketing campaigns to ensure ROI. Work with the sales team to improve sales, by providing customer insights and input into sales scripts Internal & External stakeholder management Competitor analysis Drive the Rewards product and partner strategy and roadmap Product innovation and project management to enable effective delivery. Keep up to date with legislative changes required Demonstrate excellent ability to define and implement successful products Liaise and negotiate with third party service providers for potential solutions Management of third party suppliers and clients Management and preparation of budgets Relevant commercial degree Minimum of 5 years' management experience Product management experience required Rewards & Insurance experience preferable Strong project management skills Financial acumen Good analytical and problem solving skills Strong relationship management skills
