Reference: GTG007589-KV-2 PURPOSE The Product Owner is responsible for managing every aspect of the products that they own. This includes the delivery of new products as well as maintenance and enhancement of existing products across the full product lifecycle. Understanding the original purpose of existing commercial products, the usage trends highlighting their current relevance, and product delivery to expectations. Understanding which of the existing commercial products can/should be enhanced and compiling a business case to justify the enhancements based on additional revenue, market-related features etc. Following the project methodology that has been agreed with the PMO to ensure that all new products are built using business insights and client feedback to meet market expectations.
