Key performance Drive customer adoption and usage of digital products and services Performance will be measured against product sales and growth, revenue, adoption and usage, customer satisfaction (NPS), goal completion rates, cross-selling, and sales funnel improvements. Regular KPI reviews and reporting Must have technical / professional qualifications: Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, information systems, or relevant degree (essential) Honours/Postgraduate Degree (advantageous) Minimum 5 years' relevant experience (essential) Experience with Digital service and product management (essential) Product Development skills (essential) Agile methodologies and skills (essential) Core competencies, knowledge and experience: Commercial acumen Agile methodologies Data driven decision making Business partnering Requirements analysis Demand & complexity management
