Technical Product Support Specialist – Northern Suburbs – Cape Town – Salary dependent on experience If you are technically savvy, detail-oriented, have SQL experience and are eager to learn, we'd love to hear from you Support software products on-site and telephonically Handle customer inquiries externally via phone Collaborate internally with colleagues and the development department Helpdesk admin - logging and following up on calls Log calls on behalf of clients Test completed calls or queries from clients Conduct ad hoc testing of software products Release new program versions to clients and write release notes Install and upgrade software products Perform related ad hoc tasks Key Requirements: Computer literate with strong technical ability Excellent attention to detail Excellent communication skills (Afrikaans & English) Strong interpersonal skills at all levels – team player Good administration skills Ability to meet deadlines Valid driver's license and reliable transport Ability to work efficiently and effectively under pressure Ability to work independently without supervision Willingness to travel Eagerness to learn and innovate MS SQL knowledge and experience Beneficial Skills: Experience with fruit industry software packages Symbol scanner experience Proficiency in MS Office Accounting knowledge Finance and logistics experience If you are technically savvy, detail-oriented, and eager to learn, we'd love to hear from you
