Our Meyerton based Client in the automotive/manufacturing industry is looking at recruiting a dedicated Production Administrator /Production Controller to assist the Production Manager. Requirements: 5 plus years in similar role. (Purchasing experience very advantageous) Proficient in Microsoft Office (proficient in excel, word, and outlook). Proficient in English (Crucial) and Afrikaans (Ideal) Responsibilities: Reports to production manager and senior management. Controlling of specific stock items. Issue stock into production lines. Managing all related documentation of factory procedures. Liaising with suppliers. Purchasing and administration. Managing breakdown calls and liaising with support teams as needed. Repairs estimation and quoting from time-to-time. Responsibilities may be added as needed. Qualities/Skills: Excellent communication, numeracy, and computer literacy skills. Identifying problems and implement preventative strategies to minimize risk. Being able to develop good working relationships and trust with co-workers. Strong problem-solving skills, analytic ability and be very detail oriented. Working well with many different departments and external suppliers. Being results and deadline driven. Apply Now
