Hire Resolve is currently seeking an experienced Production Manager to join a well-established manufacturing company. As a Production Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the production process, ensuring efficiency, quality, and timely delivery of products. Responsibilities: Develop and implement production plans and strategies to meet customer demands and production targets Monitor and control the production process to ensure efficiency and quality Manage and train production staff, providing guidance and support Collaborate with other departments to optimize production processes and resolve any issues or bottlenecks Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards Analyse production data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions Manage inventory levels and coordinate with procurement for timely material availability Monitor production costs and find ways to reduce expenses while maintaining quality Requirements Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field Proven experience as a Production Manager in a manufacturing environment 3-5 years experience with machine manufacturing.
