PRODUCTION MANAGER AIRPORT INDUSTRIA R30 000 - R35 000 Minimum requirements: 5 Years experience in food safety management Production management diploma (NQF level 5) Ensuring budgets are set and met and identifying cost saving opportunities Drive cost reduction whilst optimizing resources and meeting resource requirements Daily production scheduling Ensuring quality standards are adhered to in the production process Ensuring audit readiness for food safety audits and meeting with relevant parties pre and post audits to identify and rectify raised issues Ensuring adequate resource availability of raw materials and packaging Looking at CAPEX requirements to include to yearly budget and motivating for assets required and managing production OPEX Liaising with suppliers/ procurement to ensure raw material and packaging material availability Complete and oversee stock takes Leading and managing production team (all HR and IR related matters) Ensuring that maintenance of production equipment is conducted as required Consultant: Lisa Dietrich - Dante Personnel Cape Town Apply via our website www.dantesa.co.za If you do not hear from us within 5 days, please accept that your application was unsuccessful
