Requirements:
Suitable tertiary education for a production/management role
Minimum 5 years production management experience in a FMCG/perishable/frozen manufacturing environment
Ability to manage people including 7 direct reports and 450 indirect reports
Decision maker and problem solver
Understanding of the BCEA and Labour relations, including dealing with trade unions
General commercial decision making abilities
Experience in optimizing production processes
Sage X3 or similar ERP system experience specifically around stock management and control
Stock take management abilities in an ERP environment
Capex management and control
Experience interacting with retail customer base at NPD and production level
Knowledge of NPD and QC process
