Job Description:
- Manage and Co-ordinate line functions and ensure that production targets are met according to quality standards and customer requirements.
- Ensure adequate resources are available.
- Manage performance of sub-ordinates.
- Ensure that work practices comply with the company SHE procedures and work instructions.
- National Diploma Production Management / IE/ME
- Minimum 5 years press shop experience in a supervisory capacity
- Extensive technical background
- Quality specifications and systems
- Body shop experience
- Technical concepts
- Production planning process
- Quality specifications and systems
- Consequences Management (Discipline and grievance procedure handling processes)
- Understanding of budget, cost, expenditure & cost saving abilities
- SAP
- Computer Literacy (MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
- Workplace Organisation
