- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree or Diploma in food sciences, food technology, manufacturing, engineering, sciences, or a similar discipline is preferred.
- Proven management experience, ideally within the agricultural or food production industry.
- In-depth understanding of production processes and operations.
- A keen eye for detail and a relentless commitment to quality.
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong leadership and communication abilities.
