Production Manager Manufacturing - Cape Town City Centre
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 or NQF level 4
- Diploma in Production Management advantageous
- 4 Years’ experience in line management
Responsibilities
- Manage, lead and control a group of Polyproppers, Frame Makers, Pickers, Runners and General Workers
- Ensure that all employees are exposed to a healthy and safe working environment
- Ensure that the units produced are on target for each department and are of the correct quality standard
- Consequence management
- Contribute to the greater goal of the factory
- Daily meetings with planning as per the production meeting
- Weekly Supervisor meetings
- Audits of goods used in Production to determine minimum and maximum requirements per item daily
- Reporting of hourly figures and targets to Factory Manager
