Qualifications: Production, Electronic or Industrial Engineering Degree

Experience Level: Ideally 8 years + experience

Ø Align production strategy with the overall business strategy.
Ø Devise and refine a master supply plan, ensuring it's robust enough to adapt to the twists and turns of supply chain demands.
Ø Integrate with Sales Team on forecasts
Ø Provide Forecasts to suppliers
Ø Manage Inventory levels
Ø Adhere to quality standards
Ø Report on production performance to management.
Ø Other duties as agreed from time to time.

Ø Production, Electronic or Industrial Engineering Degree
Ø Experience with MRP systems
Ø Knowledge of MS Office Suite, Advanced Excel
Ø More than 8 years in production or an electronic engineering environment
Ø Experience with Production Planning and scheduling
Ø Provide strategic and change leadership to the production function and team.
Ø Lead, guide, and approve production plans.
Ø Analyse and interpret production statistics/data to identify opportunities for improvements.
Ø Manage relationships with internal/external customers and staff.
Ø Identify opportunities for improvements with key suppliers.
Ø Implement Continuous Improvement projects and initiatives.
Ø Maintain ISO 9001 accreditation.
Ø Plan for CAPEX/Disposal/Transfers.
Ø Understanding of Import and Export, preferred
