Job Description: The Production Manager/Production Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of plant operations, including production, maintenance, quality control, and safety. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a proven track record of success in plant management. The ideal candidate will be adept at optimizing processes, enhancing productivity, and ensuring a safe and efficient working environment. Hands-on experience with reactors in chemical manufacturing Oversee daily operations of the plant to ensure production goals are met. Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and productivity. Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements. Manage and mentor a team of supervisors, technicians, and operators. Monitor production schedules, adjust resources as needed, and resolve any issues that arise. Implement and maintain quality control standards to ensure products meet specifications. Manage budgets, control costs, and allocate resources effectively. Collaborate with other departments, such as procurement, engineering, and logistics, to optimize plant performance. Drive continuous improvement initiatives and foster a culture of innovation. Prepare and present reports on plant performance to senior management. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, 2-4 years of experience in plant management or a similar role. Strong knowledge of production management principles, practices, and standards. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Proficiency in production planning and management software. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
