We seek an exceptional and passionate Production Process Engineer to join a dynamic Automation team. 1. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Includes the following but is not limited to: The Employee will work as a Production Process Engineer, and scope of work will include: 1.1. Identifying bottlenecks throughout the procurement and production processes, proposing solutions and updating formal process documents and guides; 1.2. Optimising the production process to minimise delays, waste and cost; 1.3. Implementing formal processes in our ERP as well as guiding lower level development (e.g. through the SDS Team); 1.4. Optimising stock levels based on sales forecasts; 1.5. Store organisation and optimisation; 1.6. Actively maintaining the production plan, identifying the critical paths, continuous re-risking and minimisation of the critical path, communication and feedback to production, procurement, development and management as required; 2. REQUIREMENTS: 2.1. Minimum Qualifications: 2.1.1. Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering. 2.2. Required Skills and Experience: 2.2.1. Industry experience in an electromechanical production environment; and 2.2.2. Familiarity with an industry-standard ERP, ideally Odoo. 2.3. Recommended Skills and Experience: 2.3.1. 2-3 years' experience in an electronic assembly production environment; and 2.3.2. Familiarity with Python 2.4. General Skills 2.4.1. Ability to learn fast and absorb new information quickly; 2.4.2. Ability to work as part of a team and collaborate on large projects; 2.4.3. Ability to work independently; 2.4.4. Strong problem-solving skills; and 2.4.5. High standard of communication skills in English (both verbal and written).
