Requirements Relevant Manufacturing Diploma, BTech Degree (Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, Analytical, etc.) 5 years in heavy Manufacturing (production and/or maintenance), with at least 2 years in sugar production Strong knowledge of production processes and equipment. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Ability to effectively manage a team and drive performance. Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures in manufacturing. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
