RPO Recruitment's client is currently looking for a Production Superintendent to join their dynamic team in the packaging industry, based in Johannesburg. As a Production Superintendent, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the production process to ensure the efficient and timely delivery of high-quality products. We are seeking a friendly and approachable individual who is passionate about production and has a strong understanding of the packaging industry. You will work closely with a team of production staff, ensuring that production targets are met, and quality standards are maintained. You will also be responsible for implementing and improving production processes, identifying areas for optimization and efficiency, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
