Lead operational excellence : You'll be at the forefront of ensuring our production line operates seamlessly, meeting and exceeding daily targets to fulfill weekly production schedules. Your keen eye for detail will guarantee the highest standards of output, quality, and efficiency. Drive continuous improvement: We believe in constantly evolving and optimizing our processes. As a Production Supervisor, you'll have the opportunity to identify areas for enhancement and implement innovative solutions, contributing to our ongoing success and growth. Experience and Expertise : With a minimum of 5 years of experience in the Automotive industry and a background in Production, Management, or Industrial Engineering, you bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the table. Quality focused : You have a solid understanding of quality systems, including ISO/TS 16949, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001, and are dedicated to upholding these standards in a production environment. Tech savvy : Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential, allowing you to leverage technology to streamline processes and drive efficiency.
