Professional Architect - Stellenbosch

POSITION: PROFESSIONAL ARCHITECT

A renowned architectural firm in the Western Cape is currently seeking to fill a position for a Professional Architect with between 10 to 15 years’ experience. This individual should possess a strong portfolio demonstrating their expertise in architectural design, project management, and team leadership.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Valid SACAP registration
• A minimum of 10 to 15 years of experience in architectural design and project management.
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools such as:
  • AutoDesk Suite (AutoCAD and Revit)
  • Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop and Illustrator)
  • Rendering Software (Twinmotion, Navisworks and Lumion)
  • Microsoft Suite
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
• Experience in leading large architectural projects from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• A creative and innovative approach to design, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering outstanding results.
• Experience with Local Authority submissions.

REMUNERATION:

R45,000.00 – R65,000.00 p/m CTC
