We have an amazing opportunity for a Professional Civil Engineer based in Kwa-Zulu Natal Industry: Civil Engineering Consulting Level: Senior Key Requirements: BSc Civil Engineering / BEng (Civils) or B Tech (Civil Eng). Professional registration with ECSA. 12 years' technical experience with 4 years' team leadership experience in a consulting engineering firm. Strong leadership skills and commercial acumen, complemented by robust technical abilities. Extensive experience in infrastructure design, including roads, earthworks, stormwater, and sewer systems. Preferably experienced in stormwater management and pump station design (both sewer and water supply). Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD Civil 3D (essential), with knowledge of IDAS, Hec-ras, GIS, PCSWMM, or similar being advantageous. Familiarity with Ethekweni standards is preferred. Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills with meticulous attention to detail. Confident and adept at interpersonal interactions, with a humble demeanor. Dynamic, driven, and even-tempered with a collaborative mindset. Strong team player with the ability to mentor junior engineers. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites within South Africa and Africa if required.
