Responsibilities:

Oversee all aspects of construction projects from conception to completion.
Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely delivery within budget constraints.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to align project objectives and ensure adherence to specifications.
Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address issues, and maintain safety standards.
Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, and progress reports.
Proactively identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions.
Foster a collaborative and positive work environment, motivating team members to achieve excellence.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager, with a minimum of 5 years in a similar role.
Strong understanding of construction processes, codes, and regulations.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire teams.
Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
PMP or CAPM certification is a plus.
