Currently, we are seeking an experienced IT Program Manager on behalf of our client in the banking industry in South Africa. Job Description:As an IT Program Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of complex IT projects and programs within the banking sector. You will work closely with stakeholders to define project objectives, create project plans, and ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget. Responsibilities Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets Coordinate resources and activities across multiple project teams Monitor project progress and track key milestones Identify and manage project risks and issues Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide project updates Ensure that projects adhere to relevant regulations and standards Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field Proven experience as an IT Program Manager in the banking industry Strong understanding of banking operations and technologies Excellent leadership and communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities PMP or Prince2 certification is a plus R 900 - R 1300 - Hourly
