Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets for multiple simultaneous projects. Coordinate with stakeholders to gather project requirements and ensure alignment with organizational goals. Assign tasks and responsibilities to project team members and provide ongoing support and guidance. Monitor project progress and address any issues or roadblocks that may arise. Evaluate project outcomes and provide feedback to stakeholders on successes and areas for improvement. Communicate project updates and status reports to senior management and other key stakeholders. Manage and track project budgets, expenses, and resources to ensure financial sustainability. Lead and facilitate project meetings, workshops, and presentations as needed. Collaborate with other departments to ensure cross-functional alignment and collaboration on projects. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in project management to continuously improve processes and outcomes. Qualifications, Knowledge and Experience Bachelor of Business Science or Business Administration , or equivalent degree for this role (required) B-BBEE MDP would be preferable. 8 years of business experience , primarily working in the Transformation field Proven track record in working across teams, planning, project management , and execution (required) 6 years' experience with planning, budgeting, and other project management activities will be an advantage. Knowledge of the ICT industry would be advantageous.
