To achieve this, Amazon Payment Services (APS) is looking for a Program Manager who will work across the entire customer lifecycle to analyze, identify and deliver process, policy or technology improvements in Payment acceptance, buyer Refunds, and seller Payouts experience. The Program Manager will drive continuous payment improvement initiatives, he/she will use their masterful analytic ability, Dive Deep, uncover issues, and will be expected to work with internal or external stakeholders to drive fixes. The ideal candidate will be a proxy to customer's voice, and will advocate on their behalf for North Star CX. Role will be based in South Africa- Cape Town. We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations: Cape Town, ZAF Knowledge of Lean principles and DMAIC methodology Experience in requirement gathering and ability to write clear and detailed requirement document Strong commitment to exceptional customer experience, and persuasive ability in a team and cross-functional environment.
