Requirements The Programme Design division is made up of the Learning Design and Learning Technology teams. The division takes the lead on Valenture Institute’s pedagogical approach or learning model, drives creativity and innovation within the Learning Design function, fosters a deep appreciation for design thinking principles, UX and online learning best practices. The Programme Design team works alongside the Operations function to plan new curriculum offerings and associated resourcing requirements. Learning Technology oversees the build and configuration of modules and courses on their respective Learning Management Systems. It ensures the optimisation of the user experience of the learning platform/s and consistently investigates the application of technology to solve pedagogical challenges. Learning Technology ensures that best practices relating to accessibility as well as data protection and privacy are enforced.
