Hire Resolve's client is in search of a dynamic Programme Manager to join their esteemed team located in Cape Town. As a Programme Manager, you will play a pivotal role in orchestrating the success of interconnected projects within the WCGDoI programme through strategic planning and meticulous execution. Responsibilities: Oversee assigned projects, ensuring seamless coordination and execution. Develop comprehensive cashflow and programme drafts. Uphold strict adherence to deadlines. Maintain updated server records. Accurately manage and file project documentation. Facilitate procurement processes. Supervise consultant and contractor appointments and performance. Ensure compliance with established processes and protocols. Proficiently manage contracts, including JBCC and NEC. Scrutinize invoices and appointment documentation. Conduct professional reviews on Stage Architectural Reports. Actively participate in the Bid Evaluation Committee. Ensure successful completion of Auditor General audits. Requirements Possession of a degree in Architecture and professional registration as a PrArch with SACAP. Prior experience in the Construction Industry, with a strong background in contracts administration, financial administration, and Project/Programme Management. Willingness to undertake additional administrative duties as necessary. Capable of making critical decisions regarding project escalations, data integrity, operational matters, and adherence to programme and budget. Demonstrated accuracy, precision, and timeliness in deliverables. Familiarity with CIDB, PROCSA, Fee Scales, and consultant appointments. Strong problem-solving abilities. Effective relationship-building skills. Target-driven approach with excellent processing capabilities. Commitment to meticulousness and adherence to procedures.
