Programme Manager (Quantity Surveyor) - Kathu
- An appropriate qualification (Btech, BSc /or BSc Honours in QS or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of general construction estimating , financial , construction or related field experience,
- SACQSP Registration will be a advantage
- Must have experience in compiling and following struct budgets, strong estimating and financial analysis background
- Solid contractual knowledge (JBCC, FIDIC, NEC)
- Able to analyze financial records and apply data to improved results
- In-depth understanding of construction, materials, pricing, and industry
- Strong aptitude for numbers, spreadsheets, and financial reports
- Should be able to prepare and present reports
- Own reliable transport and flexibility to travel is required
- Drivers License is essential
- Being able to work under pressure and available to work on weekends when required
