Currently, we are seeking an experienced IT Project Administrator on behalf of our client in the banking industry in South Africa. Job Description:As an IT Project Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to IT projects within the banking sector. You will work closely with project managers and team members to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget. Responsibilities: Assist in the development and maintenance of project plans, timelines, and budgets Coordinate meetings and communication between project teams and stakeholders Track project progress and provide regular updates to project managers Assist in the preparation of project documentation, including reports and presentations Maintain project-related records, including contracts, budgets, and correspondence Identify and help to resolve project issues and risks Ensure that projects adhere to relevant regulations and standards Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field Proven experience as an IT Project Administrator or similar role Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Proficiency in project management tools and software Knowledge of banking operations and technologies is a plus R 250 - R 400 - Hourly
