Description Our client, a leading construction company in Durban, is seeking a Construction Manager to join their team. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and overseeing the progress of construction projects in a timely and cost-effective manner. You will work closely with the project team to ensure quality standards are met, deadlines are achieved, and budgets are maintained. Responsibilities Manage and oversee construction projects from start to finish Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets Coordinate resources, equipment, and materials needed for the projects Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and subcontractors Prepare reports and documentation for project updates and analysis Requirements Registered with PIM and PPM SACPMP Registered Mechanical, piping, structural steel experience.
