What you will be doing: Efficiently manage compliance certificates and building handover documentation. Collaborate closely with the Marketing Team to meet client needs seamlessly. Oversee apartment handover process and snag resolution for top-quality results. Coordinate furniture installation and communal property furnishings with precision. Ensure smooth access control management and installation oversight. Support site management tasks and maintain meticulous record-keeping. Compile and deliver comprehensive handover pack information. Secure occupancy certificates and final approvals efficiently. Assist Senior Development Coordinator in site exploration with enthusiasm. Maintain accurate meeting records and update project sales diligently. Act as a liaison for council applications and resolution. Coordinate parking bays, store rooms sold, and access across projects. Provide valuable support for NHBRC-related applications and renewals. What you need: Minimum of 3 years' experience, ideally in the property industry. Bring your exceptional organisational and time-management skills to the forefront. Showcase your administrative prowess in a supportive environment. Enjoy fostering positive relationships with strong communication and interpersonal skills. Strong written and spoken English, with fluency in a second language considered as a valuable asset. Thrive as a collaborative team player, contributing to our collective success. Utilise your expertise in MS Office Suite to streamline operations.
