We are recruiting for a Agriculture Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The Agriculture Project coordinator will be responsible to Identify any opportunity to enhance the reputation and value add of Corruseal through internal and external process reviews and development of products and services to external customers. Customer value is created through identification, evaluation, project-management and successful execution of customer-focused packaging value-chain optimisation and innovation. Duties and responsibilities are but not limited to: Development of SLA measurement criteria with designated service provider Develop internal management systems for managing service provider to ensure delivery and adherence to agreed SLA measurements. This includes equipment movement authorizations across customers and regions, CRM's raised by sales teams or customers, waste management at customer sites, customer expectations. Responsible for Cost Management in line with budgets including recoveries expected at specific customers Management of project hopper across regions for improvement on cost lines Participant in steerco to determine service solution to remote customers. Tracking and management of machine utilization with sales to continuously improve cartons per machine per year Management of weekly Short Interval Control KPIs per region to ensure customer expectations are met Ensure adequate forward look to facilitate with capital purchasing in line with supplier capabilities. This is to be done with Commercial and Agricultural teams. Attend customer meetings as required. Establish value-creation opportunities through discovery audits, customer tours, internal discussions, and customer meetings. Immerse oneself in each customer facility and become familiar with the decision makers and various role-players. Delight the customer and act as ambassador for Corruseal. Hons BCom or BEng – Supply chain or Economics, industrial engineering, mechanical / Chemical engineering, or related qualification. Proficiency in Microsoft officer Customer service exposure will be an added advantage. Fruit packhouse experience will be an added advantage. Market Related Apply Now
