• Support & maintain allocated Retail Chain Accounts and allocated account executive
• Obtain all relevant product development details, process development datasheet, and pass relevant information to China office
• Price confirmation and relevant communications related thereof
• Manage sampling process up until final sealed sample
  • Fit sample
  • Pre-Production Sample (PPS)
  • Bulk Pricing Sample (BPS)
• Process Order Development Reports and liaise with Sales Team to ensure all information provided to place official order
• File management of all developments and orders
• Detailed archiving and tracking of paperwork, including management of samples
