Job Overview:

A leading fertilizer business seeking experienced Project Engineers, consisting of one Civil Engineer and one Mechanical Engineer. The ideal candidates must have completed the full cycle of a project and preferably be registered candidates at the Engineering Council of South Africa (ECSA).

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage all aspects of assigned projects from conception to completion, ensuring deadlines are met and budgets are adhered to
Conduct feasibility studies and provide technical expertise for project planning and execution
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project success
Perform detailed engineering calculations, design layouts, and prepare technical reports
Supervise construction activities, ensuring quality and safety standards are maintained
Provide technical support to the maintenance team for ongoing project support

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
5-6 years of experience in project engineering, preferably in the fertilizer or related industry
Full cycle project experience, from planning to execution to completion
Registered candidate at ECSA is required
Strong technical skills and knowledge of engineering principles
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Must Have experience in the water purification sector
