Project Engineer (Sugar Manufacturing) - South Africa

Our Client is seeking a dynamic Projects Engineer to join their team based in South Coast of Kwa-Zulu Natal (between Port-Shepstone and Durban) As a key member, you'll be instrumental in driving the implementation of world-class Capital Project ,Management, ensuring the seamless execution of Site Improvement Projects. Key Responsibilities: Plan, structure, and lead the execution of site improvement projects Identify, motivate, and manage the implementation of capital projects Coordinate input and develop 5-year manufacturing capital plans Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs Measure and report on project performance and expenditure Perform risk management to minimize project risks Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory standards Minimum Requirements: Degree in Chemical/Mechanical/Electrical/C&I Engineering 4 years sugar manufacturing experience Large-scale project management experience Familiarity with Costrac or similar (an advantage) Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills Working knowledge of OHS Act, NOSA, and ISO9001.200 If you're ready to make a difference and be part of a dynamic team driving innovation in the sugar industry, apply now Join us in shaping the future of sugar production with the Organisation.
