Our ideal candidate should ensure that all service providers and people working on projects are paid timeously and correctly. · Programme budgets · Manage relationships · Implement Payments Systems and Procedures Implement Payments Systems and Procedures · Payment of Service providers · Project reporting · Perform Administrative functions · Supervision of Assistants · Performance management · A 3 year diploma in Cost and Management Accounting or Financial Accounting · B.Com Accounting will be an added advantage · Minimum 3 years' experience in cost and management / project accounting experience Knowledge of procurement will be a plus Competencies · People Management · Programme Management System · Accounting Procedures · Financial Policies · Financial reporting · Organisational objectives · PMFA · Financial ratio Analysis · Accounting package · Financial management · Budgeting and cost control · Billing procedures · Business Administration and management Applications must be accompanied by an up-to-date curriculum vitae (including two contactable referees). Confirmation of appointment will be subject to the applicant undergoing verification checks and confirmation of the applicant's qualifications. It is the responsibility of applicants to have any foreign qualifications verified by the South African Qualifications Authority. The IDT will respond only to shortlisted candidates, who will be interviewed on a date and at a time specified by the IDT.
