Project Lead: Learning & Development - Johannesburg

In terms of the Sanlam Group Governance Policy, SDM is managed by the SA Retail Mass cluster, which is part of the Sanlam Life and Savings cluster within the Sanlam Group. The cluster focusses on retail products, as well as group schemes. What will you do? This role is responsible for all Learning and Development projects in the Retail Mass Cluster, including setting the Learning Strategy. The role also delivers the Cluster's school of sales and drives all career and employee development initiatives and programs. Qualification and Experience Degree with 10 years related experience.
