Our client in the telecom sector is looking for X2 Project Managers this is a contract role for 6 months with possibility of extension. Requirements: Matric is essential A related 3year Diploma or Bachelor’s degree is essential A Project Management qualification or Business degree with Project Management Topic would be advantageous 5-8 years relevant experience ( Telecommunication will be an advantage) Responsibilities: Requirements specifications Technical Feasibility Design specifications Software development and/or configuration Development effort Product and service testing Software Implementation and release Coaching Scrum Team members Mediating through conflicts. Helping the team to make decisions. Fostering the developer team’s self-organisation. Challenge team with to improve Agile way of working. Exchanging constantly with other Scrum masters in the organisation. Helping define Features. Helping to write or break down User stories. Helping to order Product backlog items. Helping with the Release planning. Helping the team to report to management. Helping the team to get rid of impediments.
