- Develop comprehensive project plans outlining scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, resources, and budget requirements.
- Coordinate and oversee the end-to-end execution of core network expansion projects, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
- Possess a deep understanding of ISP and telecommunications technologies, including routers, switches, firewalls, cloud infrastructure, data centres and other networking equipment.
- Collaborate with network architects and engineers to design scalable and reliable core network solutions.
- Effectively communicate project status, issues, and risks to stakeholders, including senior management, engineering teams, and external vendors.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners to facilitate smooth project implementation.
- Identify potential risks and challenges associated with network expansion projects and develop mitigation strategies.
- Proactively address issues that may impact project timelines or quality.
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality network solutions that meet industry standards and customer expectations.
- Conduct thorough testing and validation processes to guarantee the reliability and performance of the expanded core network.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
